NB: 1. In all cases, a caution will be due (250 EUR) before entering the "gîte" and will be given back in a period of 15 days after departure if everything is ok; 2. Departure cleaning not included (option/50EUR) and heating not included (option/10 EUR/day); 3. All abnormal use of the Gîte (overconsumption of water, electricity, lights kept on on a repetitive way during the all night, etc) will lead to an extra invoice, even in the case of the special offers (base: heating option)
